Worship

We invite you to join us in praise and worship! Our services are open to all and we look forward to sharing our prayers, thanksgiving, music and Holy Communion with you.

We love our music at Midvale! Our worship space is built for beautiful music and we have an abundance of it. Learn how you can offer your musical talents.

God, who is rich in mercy and love, gives us a new birth into a living hope through the sacrament of baptism. By water and the Word, God delivers us from sin and death and raises us to new life in Jesus Christ.

Marriage is a gift from God, intended for the joy and mutual strength of those who enter it and for the well being of the whole human family.

At a person’s death, the church shares the grief of those who mourn and remembers the brevity of life on earth. At the funeral we give voice to sorrow, thank God for our loved one, and entrust this companion of ours into the hands of God.

Worship is a foundation of faith for everything we do. Learn how we serve actively during worship in many ways here at Midvale.

On the third weekend of every month, prayer stations are set-up during holy communion. Anyone is able to approach the prayer station during communion distribution and ask for a prayer of any kind.

Dance has long found a place in the history of the church, and the opportunity to experience sacred dance is an important part of our spiritual expression at Midvale Community Lutheran Church.
