Marita is Midvale’s Children’s Ministry Assistant. Marita, her husband Eric, and her two children have been Midvale members since 2012 and active in children’s ministry since her oldest started in the preschool Sunday School room.

The Children’s Ministry Assistant position is the best because Marita loves working with all of the great families and fantastic staff at Midvale. She has seen the strong and faithful community that Midvale provides to her own family and enjoys sharing that experience with others through Sunday School, VBS, and other children’s and family ministry events.

Marita also coordinates and plays the piano in Midvale’s amazing worship band, which plays at 10:30 worship approximately once per month. She thoroughly enjoys finding new ways to express praise, lament, love, and calls for justice through music.
