We all know how important practice is in many areas. Our faith is one area where practice is important as well! Last weekend, in my sermon, I talked about how one of the ways we can practice our faith is to look for God's blessings in our daily lives.
This weekend is the final Sunday before Christmas. Our readings will focus on Mary, to whom the angel Gabriel announced both that she had received God's favor and that she would bear a son whose name will be Jesus. Learn more.
When scheduling events, we are besieged with requests to include the Grieves Christmas concert. For many, this is the highpoint of their Christmas preparations and, as evidenced by the high attendance, they are dearly loved for their willingness to share.
